Motherhood changed everything for me. It cracked me open, showed me my own strength, and gave me a front-row seat to the wild, messy, transformative whirlwind of postpartum. After walking through my own journey of labor and loss, I found myself naturally stepping into the doula role—caring not just for my friends, but somehow finding myself deep in conversation with strangers about their birth stories, too.

That’s why I created Selah Nova.

  Together, they’re a reminder that you don't have to rush through the biggest transition of your life.

When you work with me, my promise is simple: you are never alone.
